MISSION & QUALIFICATIONS
Jennifer Rouda founded 7Skyline, LLC in 2016 to provide independent energy infrastructure project development advisory, management, and technical services. The 7Skyline consultants collaborate with energy clients to navigate the complexities of siting, permitting, and design to get projects in service on schedule.
Our clients represent a broad cross-section of the energy sector and include solar, wind, energy storage and electric transmission developers, electric and gas utilities, international investors, private equity firms, Native American tribes, water and power companies, and independent energy developers. 7Skyline also provides resources as a subcontractor to major engineering and construction firms for large and regional energy projects.
Formerly vice president of environmental development for Abengoa, Transmission & Infrastructure, LLC, and a global account manager for CH2M, Jennifer has extensive experience leading strategic management efforts for utility-scale energy development projects.
